Resilience Council Seminar

The Global Travel and Tourism Resilience Council is pleased to be celebrating its 5th year operating as a platform for thought leadership addressing the public and private sectors in order to improve traveller confidence and destination resilience. This session will share key global learnings from industry collaborations that include the WTTC, USAID as well as governmental and business leaders.

Unity Through Tourism Programme

Unity Through Tourism is an exciting new concept developed by Jacobs Media Group to bring together the countries of Africa, the Caribbean, Australasia and the Indian Ocean. These counties share a diverse and rich cultural heritage; underpinned by the unity through the Commonwealth; which has supported tourism for decades.

Our programme will include an eclectic mix of speakers, who will share how their destinations and brands have focused on experiential tourism to create unique identities. We will gain insights into the impact of sustainability issues and how the speakers have had to focus on their natural and developed experiences to remain competitive and desirable with often limited resources.

There is greater demand for tourism experiences that remain authentic and enhance the livelihoods of communities. The Unity Through Tourism programme will provide the opportunity for destinations to discuss how their cultural and heritage experiences are frequently described as transformational and the impact that this has on communities and visitors.

Travel Technology Programme

All Day

Travolution European Summit (Additional delegate fee applies.)

As the travel industry looks to technology to rebuild following the devastation of Covid-19 there’s never been a more important year for the Travolution European Summit.

With the pandemic laying waste to the traditional programme of face-to-face events in the sector, this year’s Summit is a unique opportunity to network with industry peers.

We aim to deliver up to 400 senior professionals from the travel and hospitality world from brands and the technology and digital services providers that support them.

After last year’s Reset, Reboot, Restart virtual summit, this year will be dominated by discussion and debate about how technology is underpinning the recovery.

Our programme will feature senior speakers from leading brands within the sector, as well experts from outside travel to inspire our audience’s innovative passion.

The future of travel is driven by those willing to challenge and re-imagine the industry, and who are united by a shared vision for the sector. We look forward to bringing those people together again during Jacob Media Group’s first Global Travel Week to help set the post-pandemic agenda for travel.
